About the position
To strengthen our international team in Europe, we are offering a position as VP Sales Retail Media.
 
The world’s leading retailers use Crealytics' retail media solutions to conquer the modern digital advertising landscape. Crealytics' advanced technologies drive revenue for more than 60 of the world’s largest eCommerce brands, including Staples, Urban Outfitters and Foot Locker. 

Crealytics' diverse, inclusive work environment includes over 200 international employees who work remotely and from worldwide offices, including New York, Berlin, London, and Mumbai. 

As the industry's first retail media SSP, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail industry and the critical need for retailers to provide a unified experience for their shoppers, seamlessly blending paid and organic listings without irrelevant placements. The VP Sales, Retail Media will be instrumental in helping retailers close the gap with Amazon and other leaders by enabling them to adopt Fluid SSP. This will empower retailers to scale their inventory and maintain control, allowing them to make changes to their own inventory in minutes via Fluid, compared to the highly manual and politically charged process that often exists between the core eCommerce team and the retail media team. Our Fluid SSP technology unifies these experiences and teams, enabling faster changes and optimizations. The successful candidate will drive the adoption of our cutting-edge Fluid SSP and contribute to our retail partners' success in this rapidly expanding market during a period of rapid growth in our European market.
Your responsibilities
  • You are responsible for driving sales growth with a focus on Retail Media. 
  • You are selling to the C-Level, ultimate decision-makers, or senior influencers including the Retail Media Leadership and Product decision makers. 
  • You are a hands-on sales leader with a master-level knowledge of selling techniques (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Consultative). 
  • You know how to identify challenges that are both spoken and unspoken, using Socratic questioning to qualify, advance, and ultimately close new business. 
  • You work cross-functionally with data partners as well as our marketing and Product teams to prioritize Product roadmaps and ensure successful customer integrations. 
  • As a key member of our team, you will lead the development and implementation of our sales strategy across various disciplines and touchpoints. You will foster and leverage our deep, mutually beneficial relationships with other Retail Media platforms, as well as Retail technology and monetization partners, including Search partners. Your role will be critical in driving growth and creating value for our clients and our organization. 
  • You develop and own the C-level and senior executive relationships at prospective clients, driving regular client meetings across advertiser business units. 
Your profile
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Retail Media. 
  • You have at least 7 years of experience in Retail/eCommerce Sales. 
  • You have been focused on AdTech or online marketing sales to a retail client base within the European market or the US market. 
  • You have extensive experience within the digital advertising & retail media industry as well as with the ideas surrounding onsite, offsite, and in-store. 
  • You thrive on prospect interaction. You have a talent to quickly discover and diagnose prospect challenges can relate potential solutions with elegance and clarity. 
  • You have familiarity with Account-based Marketing approaches, including a deep understanding of collaborative sales techniques, content marketing strategies, and a nuanced approach to discovering prospective clients’ business challenges. 
  • You are a strategic thinker. You like to take ownership of your projects, can quickly synthesize multiple inputs, and can balance resources across multiple projects and initiatives within your team. 
  • You are an expert communicator. You can speak with equal confidence to C-levels as well as channel practitioners. You are familiar with presenting complex solutions to a critical audience and focus on uncovering value.  
  • You have worked with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and/or other sales CRM tools.
