Your responsibilities
The Paid Search Marketing Manager is a fulcrum role for Crealytics. You are at the central point of the action between client strategy, tactical execution, and industry knowledge. Broadly, you’ll be responsible for campaign optimization, client communication, and industry thought leadership. Some of your responsibilities will include:
  • You direct and co-ordinate your client team, ensuring all projects meet their strategic and financial goals
  • You form strong relationships with your clients to understand and deliver on their strategic growth
  • Your daily business involves team management, client coordination, and handling customer expectations
  • You are responsible for the set-up and continuous profitability optimization of PPC campaigns, using varied bid management strategies as well as recurring reporting and QBRs
  • You draw on your professional experience to further improve existing processes and take responsibility for the professional development of your team members
Your profile
The most important skill will be your ability to set the agenda and a clearly communicate campaign strategy. We want people who are passionate about their work and take pride in their ability to drive the business forward. Some specific skills that our candidates need include:
  • You’ve already gained client expertise, preferably in a multi-location workplace, and you bring relevant experience from a similar online marketing position - ideally at an agency with focus on retail
  • You have atleast 5+ years of experience in online marketing and have gained extensive knowledge of Google Ad and Microsoft/Bing Ads
  • You have a hands-on mentality, are inspired to drive a growing company’s performance, and you know how to build solid relationships with clients
  • You bring excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as prior experience with developing client budgets and checking in on KPIs
  • You enjoy having direct contact with clients and you impress with a clear and appreciative style of communication
  • You are keen to take responsibility and you have a highly self-motivated and assertive personality
  • You are able to work New York hours. We are open to a remote hire, however we are looking for someone who can work east coast hours.

  • The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.  We offer an annual bonus plan (15 % average annual payout) on top of the base salary as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
