We focus on helping our clients efficiently allocate budget across their channels and campaign mix while driving operational excellence to unlock incremental revenue growth.
Our agency team drives revenue for over 100 well-known brands, including Foot Locker, Staples, New Look, Revolve and Urban Outfitters. With a diverse, inclusive team of 100+ international employees, we operate remotely and from offices in New York, Chicago, Berlin, London, and Mumbai.
We are looking for a Paid Search Marketing Manager in the US for a full-time position in a remote setting.
Your responsibilities
The Paid Search Marketing Manager is a fulcrum role for Crealytics. You are at the central point of the action between client strategy, tactical execution, and industry knowledge. Broadly, you’ll be responsible for campaign optimization, client communication, and industry thought leadership. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Campaign management across biddable media systems. Google and Bing primarily, but also across a global footprint of secondary search engines and social media platforms
- Mastery of Crealytics’ homegrown technology stack. Our tech not only helps you work faster and smarter, but takes the drudgery out of campaign creation and optimization
- Daily ownership of our clients’ success. You’ll be the voice of the customer within our organization, keeping us focused on client success and driving our business to achieve customer goals
Your profile
The most important skill will be your ability to set the agenda and a clearly communicate campaign strategy. We want people who are passionate about their work and take pride in their ability to drive the business forward. Some specific skills that our candidates need include:
- 2-4 years in search engine marketing management. This includes deep knowledge of how to optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- You have excellent Excel skills. You understand how to tell stories with data, and how to make your analysis come to life
- You thrive on client interaction. You can lead your client in idea creation and explain complex subjects with elegance and clarity
- You are an expert communicator, whether it’s in person, virtually, or across emails/IMs/etc
- You are a critical thinker. You like to take ownership of your projects, advocate for your clients, and confidently lead through collaboration
- You are able to work New York hours. We are open to a remote hire, however we are looking for someone who can work east coast hours.
